Galway Westside Library - Hands for Life Hands for Life: Community CPR Training is an Irish Heart Foundation programme, supported by Abbott and ESB Networks, providing FREE CPR training in communities across Ireland for adults aged 18 years and over. Each training course takes less than an hour to complete.   The course concentrates on recognising cardiac arrest, making the emergency call, listening to the call taker and knowing your Eircode.
