XPERT is a Dietitian-led 6 week group diabetes programme. Each session lasts for 2 1/2 hours and you will learn about the up-to-date treatments, management of diabetes, and you will have the opportunity to explore and address any concerns you have with your diabetes.

XPERT will help you control your diabetes and manage it yourself. You are the most important person with diabetes.
